Breast Cancer Radiation Therapy 乳腺癌放射治療

放疗剂量：
乳癌放疗方案为在3周内分15次照射，总剂量是40.05 Gy, 每次2.67 Gy或者是5周内分25照射，总剂量是50 Gy, 每次2Gy。
 Dose fractionation for breast/chest wall radiotherapy: 
40.05 Gy in 15 fractions of 2.67 Gy in 3 weeks or 50 Gy in 25 daily fractions in 5 weeks.

放疗技术：
(一）三维适形放疗(3D-CRT):： 乳房肿瘤切除后多采用内外侧对穿切线野放疗。
(二）三维适形野中野放疗 (FIF)：多采用于乳房切除后，这是因为部分肺组织必然被包括在高剂量线内；对于左侧乳房肿瘤切除病患，医学物理师也会采用野中野放疗技术以减少心脏的照射剂量。

 Radiotherapy techniques:
(1)3D conformal radiotherapy (CRT): for intact breast irradiation, using lateral and medial tangential fields
(2) Field-in-field radiotherapy : for mastectomy patient and intact left breast irradiation, to reduce lung and heart dose
